I insisted on serving tap wines! Why? For the same reason I have insisted on becoming a tap based business.
Tap wines are not of less quality in any way infect some of the best wines in the market are being kegged for less pollution and improving fast service.
The tap wines provided by Noisy Ritual are made by a passionate team that produces full-bodied wines of the highest quality.
We recommend walking into one of their two wineries and trying some tap wins for yourself.
Tap wines are available all year round however the type of tap wines available may change seasonally.
Founded by two mates after the serendipitous discovery of a wine fermenter in a suburban basement, it's now a full-scale winery making premium tap wines using grapes sourced from vineyards all over Victoria.

Are tap wines cheap? Tap wines are not cheap! Infect, some of the most successful wineries keg their wines these days.
Why should we choose tap wines? It allows us to provide you with more wine for less cost without compromising quality. Tap wines are better for the environment since the wine is kegged there is less use of bottles which are harmful to the environment.
Does the wine go off with tap wines? No, the wine does not go off the tap wines we use are kegged in a keykeg meaning the gas does not touch the wine therefore cannot affect the quality of the wines.
