We took the Tapa, Tapas & Hors D'oeuvres around the world and created a celebration of themed menus for any occasion!

Wedding catering, corporate catering, birthday catering and special occasions whichever it is we have a fun menu for you!

If you are bored with "THE USUAL THING" and want to add some EXTRA to your event look no further 🤗 


We created 9 different around the world tapas style menus that would make a hit at your next event 🤩


Each of the menus priced at $40 per head and includes unlimited food & service for 3 hours event, kitchen staff, waiters, equipment, serviettes and delivery.


We can cater your event using your home kitchen or using our mobile caravan bar & kitchen Eddie.

Tapas Style Menus...

Spanish Menu:

  • Salmon Ahumado (smoked salmon crostini with lemon cream cheese and herbs).

  • Croquetas de berenjena - Eggplant and leek croquettes. 

  • Gambas al Ajillo - garlic prawn skewers in sauce.

  • Albóndigas - Spanish meatballs in tomato sauce.

  • Empanadas of your choice, Seafood olive mix & goat cheese, beef or vegetarian.

  • Pollo al ajillo - Garlic chicken. 

Mexican Menu:

  • Fresh fish ceviche on a mini corn tortilla.

  • Totopos with salsa roja & crema.

  • Chipotle smoked BBQ chicken skewers with tequila lemon aioli. 

  • Jalapeño poppers.

  • Fresh and crispy fish tacos with green jalapeno salsa.

  • Pulled chicken tacos.

Middle Eastern maybe?

Middle Eastern Menu:

  • Mini Zaatar Manakish (Middle Eastern flatbread topped with Zaatar) with hummus dip.

  • Moroccan chicken bites with Matbucha (Moroccan spicy tomato sauce).

  • Crispy fried cauliflower with Baba ganoush (Middle Eastern Eggplant dip).

  • Moroccan pastels - spiced potato or beef in filo pastry.

  • Falafel with zesty tahini sauce.

  • Paprika grilled fish cubes and artichoke served with lemon wedges.

Greek Menu:

  • Grilled brochette with fresh tomato, olive oil, feta, kalamata olives and oregano.

  • Spinach ricotta mini quiche.

  • Keftethes with tzatziki, Greek meatballs.

  •  Greek-style quiche, kalamata olives, feta, sundried tomatoes, eggs and cream. 

  • Herbed chicken and fried zucchini skewers.

  • Grilled prawn and fried fish in an edible bowl with green salad and greek aioli. 

Italian menu:

  • Italian brochette topped with diced tomatoes, black olives, basil, shaved parmesan, olive oil and herbs. 

  • Artichoke and olives Calzone. 

  • Traditional Arancini balls. 

  • Spinach and ricotta cannelloni in tomato sauce.

  • Mini margarita pizza.

  • Stuffed chicken parmigiana.


German style?

German Menu:

  • Personal size Zwiebelkuchen - Creamed onion pie.

  • Flammkuchen - a thin pizza topped with creme fraiche, thinly sliced onions and smoked bacon.

  • Beef sausage rolls with mustard.

  • German mushroom strudel with goat cheese.

  • Bratwurst in a mini sausage bun with carmelized onions.

  • German schnitzel on a stick with lemon and parsley sauce.


French Menu:

  • Mousse de saumon - Smoked salmon mousse on fresh bugette. 

  • Bouchée à la Reine - A savoury vol-au-vent filled with chicken or seafood white wine, and mushrooms.

  • Quiche Lorraine (onions, heavy cream, eggs, chives, ham & butter). 

  • Herbed chicken and asparagus skewers with hollandaise sauce.

  • Ratatouille - Stewed vegetable dish. 

  • Coq au Vin - Chicken cooked in a red wine sauce mushrooms and butter.

American Menu:

  • Mini Hot dog in a mini hot dog bun.

  • Cheeseburger, beef pattie, mayo, spinach, tomato, cheese and pickles.

  • Pepperoni Pizza, homemade sauce, mozzarella, tomato, pepperoni.  

  • Crispy smoked prawn with slaw burger. 

  • BBQ Chicken wings with sour cream.

  • Onion rings with cheese sauce.

Hawaiian Menu:

  • Hawaiian Pizza.

  • Coconut cream prawns. 

  • Chicken pineapple skewers. 

  • Coconut cream pineapple caramelised onion pie.

  • Lomi Lomi Salmon Burger (Lumi Lumi salmon is a raw salmon cured in salt with tomato salsa but ours is cooked).

  • Hawaiian chicken pie.
