We took the Tapa, Tapas & Hors D'oeuvres around the world and created a celebration of themed menus for any occasion!

Wedding catering, corporate catering, birthday catering and special occasions whichever it is we have a fun menu for you!

We took the tapas-style and gave it a twist by creating 9 different around the world tapas menus that would make your next event a hit 🤩


Each of those menus priced at $40 per head and includes unlimited food & service for 3 hours event (can be extended as required), kitchen staff, waiters (per ratios), equipment, serviettes and delivery.


We can cater your event using your home kitchen or from our new vintage style mobile bar & kitchen Eddie.

A quick short history about tapas:

Tapa, Tapas or Hors D'oeuvres originated in Spain and are a complimentary appetizer when buying any beverage at a bar. Each bar would pride in its own signature tapa.


As Tapas gained popularity years back many tapas restaurants opened in Spain and are taking the world by storm. Tapas restaurants offering a meal made of a verity of tapas keeping your plate interesting and your taste buds celebrating!  

Ready to check out our Menus...

  • Salmon Ahumado (smoked salmon crostini with lemon cream cheese and herbs).

  • Banderillas pickled skewers made with a mixture of pickled veggies, olives and anchovies. 

  • Gambas al Ajillo - garlic prawn skewers in sauce.

  • Patatas Bravas two ways cooked and fried Spanish paprika potato cubes with lemon aioli.

  • Empanadas of your choice, Seafood olive mix & goat cheese, Meat Or vegetarian.

  • Crumbed eggplant & crumbed broccoli with cooked tomato sauce. 

  • Grilled corn with smoked lemon dressing and cheese.

  • Mini nacho cups with pickles, jalapeños and sour cream.

  • Chipotle smoked BBQ prawns with tequila lemon aioli. 

  • Mexican spicy puff pockets of your choice, beef, chicken, seafood or vegetarian Mexican bean and corn salsa with cheese in a puffed pocket.

  • Fresh and crispy mini fish tacos, beef or vegetarian (softshell).

  • Marinated chicken tacos (softshell).

Mmmm... Middle Eastern maybe?

Middle Eastern:
  • Mini Zaatar Manakish (Middle Eastern flatbread topped with Zaatar) with hummus dip.

  • Moroccan chicken bites with Matbucha (Moroccan spicy tomato sauce).

  • Crispy fried cauliflower with Baba ganoush (Middle Eastern Eggplant dip).

  • Crispy Moroccan chickpea salad with pumpkin and feta in edible Bowls.

  • Falafel burger with zesty tahini sauce.

  • Paprika grilled fish cubes and artichoke skewers with lemon wedges.

  • Grilled brochette with fresh tomato, olive oil, feta, kalamata olives and oregano.

  • Spinach ricotta mini quiche.

  • Keftethes with tzatziki, Greek meatballs.

  •  Greek-style quiche, kalamata olives, feta, sundried tomatoes, eggs and cream. 

  • Herbed chicken and fried zucchini skewers.

  • Grilled prawn and fried fish in an edible bowl with green salad and greek aioli. 

  • Italian brochette topped with diced tomatoes, black olives, basil, shaved parmesan, olive oil and herbs. 

  • Antipasto Skewers (served hot) artichoke, olives, bocconcini, tomato mushroom with lemon herbs aioli. 

  • Our Feisty arancini (olives, s dried tomato and herbs). 

  • Mini Focaccia burger with tomato, pesto, beef and bocconcini cheese.

  • Mini margarita pizza.

  • Mozzarella chicken skewers with Italian tomato sauce.

  • Mini Bavarian pretzels with sour cream and dijon mustard.

  • Mini roast potatoes with yogurt dip.

  • Sausage rolls with honey mustard sauce.

  • Zwiebelkuchen (German onion pie, eggs and cream).

  • bratwurst with purple slaw (grilled german sausage in a mini bun with purple sour slaw).

  • German schnitzel on a stick with lemon and parsley sauce.

  • Deconstructed sweet onion & double cream pie. 

  • Mini smoked salmon cream and chives croissant.

  • Quiche Lorraine (onions, heavy cream, eggs, chives, ham & butter). 

  • Herbed chicken and asparagus skewers with hollandaise sauce.

  • Dauphinoise potato bites- thinly sliced potatoes layered with parmesan cooked cream, herbs and cheese. 

  • Peek A Blue -  Beef paddy with creamy blue cheese topped with black olives balsamic glaze and Parmesan in our homemade mini burger bun.

Mmmm... Italian style?

  • Mini Hot dog in a mini homemade hot dog bun.

  • Cheeseburger, beef pattie, mayo, spinach, tomato, cheese and pickles.

  • Pepperoni Pizza, homemade sauce, mozzarella, tomato, pepperoni.  

  • Crispy smoked prawn with slaw burger. 

  • BBQ Chicken wings with sour cream.

  • Onion rings with cheese sauce.

  • Hawaiian Pizza.

  • Coconut cream prawns. 

  • Chicken pineapple skewers. 

  • Coconut cream pineapple caramelised onion pie.

  • Lomi Lomi Salmon Burger (Lumi Lumi salmon is a raw salmon cured in salt with tomato salsa but ours is cooked).

  • Hawaiian chicken pie.
